libchealpix0-dbg software package provides HEALPix representation of spherical data - C library debug symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libchealpix0-dbg
libchealpix0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libchealpix0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchealpix0-dbg *
You will get with libchealpix0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
